900 Spruce St.
Redevelopment of the seven-story, 162,300 square foot Cupples Station warehouse, built in 1884, into a mixed use development to include 36 condos, office space and street level retail space.

City Garden

Gateway Mall between 8th St. and 10th St.
A unique 2.9 acre sculpture and landscape public garden on the Gateway Mall. The garden will include three impressive water features, a café overlooking the garden, an eight-foot limestone wall, and a state-of-the-art LED video wall.

Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis

One Federal Reserve Bank Plaza, Broadway and Locust St.
Acquisition and remodeling of the former Marquette parking garage, demolition of existing parking garage and new construction of an outdoor plaza and a six-story, 100,000 square foot office addition and renovation of existing Federal Reserve Bank office building.

The 910 room former Adam's Mark hotel (a combination of the former Pierce Building, built in 1907 and new hotel construction in 1984) is being completely renovated and re-flagged as the Hyatt Regency Riverfront.
