Celebrate creativity and originality in Downtown St. Louis!

St. Louis Design Week, a seven day celebration of the local design community, is currently underway and Downtown is hosting numerous events this weekend.  On Saturday, attend Campfire at Central Library.  At Campfire, one storyteller creates an immersive retelling of an important lesson in his or her life.  The Designathon is also taking place at Central Library.  Designathon is where creativity comes to life and participants use their best designs for collateral at a fundraising event.  If all these events are making you hungry, then head over to the MX District for an early dinner because the Food + Design Remix is sure to appeal to the eyes as well as the stomach.  This event highlights the best in food culture and the top chef will be named, “Greatest Design Chef”.  On Sunday, make your way to the Arcade for some live entertainment at Art This Funny?  Each room will contain a different form of St. Louis comedy and artists will also be on site creating unique works of art.

Downtown is where art, creativity, and innovation collide; get out and explore the neighborhood!
