Downtown Street Alert

Downtown streets will be impacted this weekend by the Rise Up Festival, Budweiser Brew Fest and the Moonlight Ramble.  See the street closure information below.  Plan ahead for an alternative route or added travel time.

These events have been permitted to close the following streets at the times below; reopenings are subject to change at the discretion of the police.

 

Schedule of Street Impacts for the Rise Up Festival
Saturday, August 20^th

7:00am

• Washington Avenue will close from 15^th Street to 17^th Street
• 16^th Street will close between St. Charles Street and Lucas Avenue
• 17^th Street will close between Washington Avenue and Lucas Avenue

2:00pm

• Festival begins

11:00pm

• Festival concludes

11:55pm

• Washington Avenue will reopen from 15^th Street to 17^th Street
• 16^th Street will reopen between St. Charles Street and Lucas Avenue
• 17^th Street will reopen between Washington Avenue and Lucas Avenue

Saturday, August 20^th

• Clark Avenue will close between Broadway and 8^th Street

1:00pm

• Festival begins

5:00pm

• Festival concludes
• Clark Avenue will reopen between Broadway and 8^th Street

Saturday, August 20^th

• Cyclists begin to arrive at Ballpark Village

Sunday, August 21^st

• Moonlight Ramble begins at Ballpark Village
• Streets in St. Louis City will close and reopen on a rolling basis, once all participants have passed that portion of the route

3:00am

• Moonlight Ramble concludes
