Getting Around Downtown STL

Over the coming weeks, the intersection at Pine and 4th Street may experience intermediate closures.  The intersection will not be closed during rush hour traffic.

The closures will allow MoDOT to complete their season-long project of building ADA-approved ramps along Broadway and 4th Street. ADA ramps have already been completed around the Old Courthouse at the 4th Street intersections of Chestnut and Market.

ADA ramps are a small but important part of making sidewalks, street crossings and the other pedestrian routes accessible to people with disabilities. This street-side project is an integral part of the over-all plan to make Downtown St. Louis a more pedestrian accessible neighborhood!
