The Biz Dash 5K presented by World Wide Technology will bring thousands from the region’s business community together downtown for the ninth year in a row as “St. Louis’ Healthiest Happy Hour” is set for Thursday, May 9 from 5 to 9 p.m. at St. Louis CITY SC’s CITYPARK.  The Biz Dash annually promotes a healthy, active lifestyle and building team camaraderie with co-workers and friends in a fun atmosphere featuring music, food, drinks, entertainment, and a 5K run/walk.
