The St Louis Public Library and HEARding Cats collective is pleased to present See What You Hear, an exploration into the relationship between sound and moving image.

Using live video synthesis, Kevin Harris will craft images from the electronic compositions of renowned musician, and former SLSO percussionist, Rich O’Donnell.
The second part of our program will feature musician and synthesizer designer Mike Murphy performing live on instruments of his own creation.

The event will compare and contrast two distinct electronic music styles and explore the difference in visual worlds created by each musician through the lens of live analog video synthesis.
